CANCELLATION POLICY
A card will be securely kept on file when you book an appointment. Kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in a 30% cancellation fee. We kindly request that you arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. Excessive lateness of 20 minutes or more will be considered a “no show,” requiring you to reschedule your appointment and incurring a charge accordingly. A “no show” will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s) to compensate for the time reserved for you. If payment cannot be processed due to an expired card or insufficient balance, the charge will be applied to your account and must be settled before future appointments can be scheduled.
